NOTICE OF FINAL HEARING

Please Take Notice: The Pennington County Board of Commissioners, Drainage Authority for Pennington County Ditch 46 (“CD 46”), will hold a final hearing on the Viewers’ Report of Benefits and Damages for the redetermination of benefits of CD 46. The Viewers’ Report has been filed with the Drainage Authority. The hearing will be held on January 13, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., at the Pennington County Justice Center, 141 Main Avenue S, Thief River Falls, Minnesota. Members of the public are welcome to attend.

The Viewers’ Report, along with amendments, if any, are available for inspection by contacting Jennifer Herzberg, Pennington County Auditor-Treasurer, by email or phone (This email address is being protected from spambots. Please note this is a combined hearing involving benefits redeterminations for Pennington County Ditches 46 and 70. 

At the final hearing, the Drainage Authority will accept public comment regarding the Viewers’ Reports. Any party having an interest in the proceedings may appear and provide comment per the instructions above.
