Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 7.6 of the Pennington County Feedlot Ordinance, Joseph Rubisckho, 35397 120^th St. NE, Goodridge, MN 56725, has made an application for a Conditional Use Permit to construct bedpack monoslope barns, manure storage areas, and increase the capacity to 763 animal units.  Conditional Use Permits are required for any expansion of an existing feedlot beyond 500 animal units. 

The existing feedlot and property is legally described as E1/2 of NW1/4, section 30 (153N-39W) of Star Township in Pennington County, Minnesota.

Notice is further given, that the Board of Commissioners will conduct a Public Hearing on the Conditional Use Permit request at 9:00 AM Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at the Justice Center-County Board Room, 141 Main Ave S., Thief River Falls, MN.  All persons wishing to comment on the proposed Conditional Use Permit request will have the option to be heard at this time.
