In the Matter of the Order of the Pennington County Board of Commissioners for action on the petition for Authority to use a public ditch designated as follows and named as County Ditch No. 70, as an Outlet, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes §103E.401 and §103E.411.
The Pennington County Board of Commissioners, acting as the drainage authority, has received a petition dated May 8th, 2024, requesting authority for the petitioners to use Pennington County Ditch System 70 as an outlet for drainage.
