PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that on June 10, 2025 at 10:00 A.M., the Pennington County Board of Commissioners will meet in the Pennington County Board Room at 101 Main Avenue North, Thief River Falls, Minnesota, to determine whether to reclassify the real property described herein. The purpose of the reclassification would be to remove restrictions and possibility of reversion in the event the real property is no longer used as a municipal solid waste station. The Pennington County Board of Commissioners will determine whether to maintain or remove the restrictions on the real property. The real property is described as follows:
That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE¼SE¼) of Section Five (5), Township One Hundred Fifty-three (153) North of Range Forty-three (43) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE¼SE¼); thence in a westerly direction along the North line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE¼SE¼) a distance of 580.8 feet; thence in a southerly direction along a line parallel with the East line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE¼SE¼) a distance of 750 feet; thence in an easterly direction along a line parallel with the North line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE¼SE¼) to the point of intersection with the East line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE¼SE¼); thence in a northerly direction along the East line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE¼SE¼) to the point of beginning.
